Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

At THELASTCARD, each product is customized based on the information provided by the customer.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production may already have started and the order cannot be cancelled.

🎨 Customized Product Policy

THELASTCARD products are personalized and customized. Customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.

🔄 Replacement Policy

We will offer a replacement free of cost in the following cases:

  • The card arrives damaged
  • The NFC functionality is not working
  • Incorrect details were printed due to our error

Customers must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.

⏰ Replacement Request Window

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or refund requests may not be accepted if:

  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer
  • Damage occurred due to misuse or mishandling
